I had niggling back pain that was starting to become a problem and was affecting my golf (well it hurt when I played, more likely my poor golf was causing the back pain). So I decided to go and see the team at Bodymechanics. I have seen the physio's there and the sports therapists and highly rate them all. The back pain is gone, and I know if I ever have other pains I can go straight to them and get it sorted. Highly recommended! If you are fed up with any pains or injuries you have, go see them

I am not trying to be biased but this is one of the best sports therapy organisations I have been to. Not taking anything away from other therapists, but I feel comfortable with these guys and they understand my problems. I would recommend Bodymechanics.

Very professional. Came to a definitive diagnosis after two other practitioners were uncertain of my condition. Conducted a thorough evaluation and prescribed very effective exercises to alleviate and eventually cure my problem. Also very understanding of sports-related injuries. First-class!
