Abbie is an MSci Sports Therapist and recent graduate from the University of Chichester, with hands-on experience in elite football through a season-long placement at Watford Football Club and Fareham Town FC.

She is passionate about helping individuals return to full daily function and sport following musculoskeletal injuries, while placing strong emphasis on injury prevention. Her approach combines tailored exercise rehabilitation with hands-on treatment techniques, including soft tissue therapy and joint mobilisations, to help people move well, feel their best and achieve their goals.

Alongside her clinical work, she teaches Pilates, 1:1 injury rehabilitation sessions, and group functional strength classes, helping clients build strength, control, and long-term resilience.
