About Viola

With a background in national level sports and a passion for development, Viola is a great addition to the team. In her youth, national sprinter Viola sustained injuries and was inspired to become a physiotherapist by the amazing care that she received from health professionals keeping her competing.

Viola completed her first Physiotherapy degree in 2004 in Slovakia and worked as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist there for a year before deciding to move to England to further her career.

In 2013, she completed her BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree at London South Bank University. During her time at university, she worked as a qualified Dental Nurse with a Temporomandibular (TMJ) joint Specialist where she gained valuable insight to treating TMJ problems (jaw dysfunction).

Since qualifying, she has worked in NHS Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Departments, Primary Care as a First Contact Physiotherapist and private clinics and amassed a wealth of knowledge.

Viola takes a holistic approach to understanding the root of the pain and offers a tailored solution by providing an individualised treatment plan. She can offer a variety of treatment options to tackle the problem such as: manual therapy, exercise therapy, functional strength training, acupuncture, soft tissue work and Pilates including antenatal/postnatal Pilates. She applies the most current treatments based on up to date research.

In her free time, Viola enjoys playing tennis, stand up paddle boarding (SUP) - including SUP Polo, and cycling.

5* GOOGLE REVIEW - Seeing Viola for my ankle issue. She took a holistic approach and identified the route cause. Now working to treat that, rather than the symptom which brought me to her in the first place. Really looking forward to being back to full health very soon under her care, after years of niggling lower back pain!
